This weekend beach cottage has been transformed into a full time shore residence. Navigating through the variance process, due to a nonconforming lot, we maintained most of the property's layout while increasing the area of each space. To create a full-time home, there is a focus on the living spaces, a true master suite, and new mud area leading to the pool.
