Paul graduated from New Jersey Institute of Technology's Albert Dorman Honors College with a Bachelor of Architecture. A year later he completed his graduate studied when he obtained a Master's Degree in Infrastructure Planning.
Paul began his architectural career, during summer and winter breaks, focusing on historic preservation work in his home town Cape May, New Jersey.
He spent the following years in the New York Metropolitan Area working on a wide array of
building and project types, including: Residential, Mixed-Use, Corporate Interiors, Hospitality, Food Service, Industrial Facilities, K-12 Public Education, Higher Education, and Land Use Planning Feasibility Studies.
Paul is NCARB Certified and a member of the
American Institute of Architects. Paul founded FULCRUM with his wife and partner, Cassandra, in 2018.
Cassandra is a graduate of New Jersey Institute of Technology’s five-year accredited professional degree program, completing the curriculum with a Bachelor of Architecture. During her studies, she worked full-time in the field of architecture and engineering.
Following graduation, Cassandra continued her career working on a variety of projects in the New York Metropolitan area, where she was born and raised.
Her experience comprises design of projects for K-12 Public Education, Mixed-Use, Luxury/Modern Residential, Places of Worship, Industrial Facilities, Car Dealerships, and Commercial Spaces. For each project, creativity has been the core tenet of Cassandra’s focus as an architect.
Cassandra was the former Director of Design at a prominent design-build firm prior to launching FULCRUM with her husband and partner, Paul, in Cape May, New Jersey.
